The Golf Digest Rewards Program FAQ
- Q: What are net retail purchases?
- A: Net retail purchases include all purchases you and any authorized user(s) make with your Golf Digest Rewards credit card, less credits and plus or minus any adjustments to your account. This does not include Balance Transfers, cash advances, any fraudulent transactions or purchases of cash equivalents.
- Q: Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
- A: No. You can continue to earn points throughout the year, and carry them forward from one year to the next. Points expire five years from the end of the month in which they were earned.
Rewards Center
- Q: Who can redeem my points?
- A: Primary cardholders and authorized users may redeem points.
- Q: What is the minimum number of points I need before redeeming?
- A: You can redeem with as few as 1,200 points.
- Q: When will my points expire?
- A: Points expire five years from the end of the month in which they were earned.
Merchandise
- Q: How can I redeem points for merchandise?
- A: You may redeem points online for merchandise at www.GolfDigestRewards.com, or you may contact a specialist Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Eastern time) at 1-800-889-8747.
- Q: When will my merchandise be shipped?
- A: Most items will be shipped within 72 hours of your order. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as these orders can be processed.
- Q: Are shipping charges included in my merchandise order?
- A: Yes, standard shipping is included at no additional charge.
Gift Certificates
- Q: Will my gift certificate have an expiration date or any other restrictions?
- A: Yes, the expiration date and the terms of the gift certificate will be printed on the certificate.
- Q: Are gift certificates transferable?
- A: The certificates are not personalized, unless otherwise notified, and may be transferred to someone else.
Online Banking
- Q: Does it cost anything to enroll in Online Banking?
- A: No. Online Banking is a free service provided by Bank of America to our Customers. You only need to enroll to access all of the benefits of the online banking service. Visit www.bankofamerica.com today.
Previous Rewards Program
- Q: What happens to the points I accrued under the previous rewards system?
- A: All points accrued under the previous rewards program that are unused and that have not expired at the time of the launch of the new rewards program will automatically roll over to the new program. These points will expire five years from the date of the initial purchase.
- Q: What should I do with my coupons?
- A: Coupons will still be valid for use in the redemption process until Sept. 30, 2004.
